I am an embroiderer and blogger based in Port Sunlight, in the UK. I've been blogging now for over twenty years, and show no signs of stopping. On my blog, VirtuoSew Adventures, you will find me talking about the current embroidery project (usually projects) and planning the next ones.

I first fell in love with colour and texture, with the magical effects available when both are chosen justly, enhancing and supporting one another. Then I became aware that those things together could speak of greater - or at least, other - things.

So that is how I came to tell stories in stitch.
