Biography
Rachel Mary Wright is a textile artist, researcher and writer based in Port Sunlight, in the UK. She has been blogging now for over twenty years, and show no signs of stopping. On that blog, VirtuoSew Adventures, you will find her talking about the current embroidery project (usually about several projects) and planning the next ones.
She first fell in love with colour and texture, with the magical effects available when both are chosen justly, enhancing and supporting one another. Then she became aware that those things together could speak of greater - or at least, other - things.
So now she says that what she does is to tell stories in stitch.
